Safeguarding and Educational Fidelity
This log provides a forensic record of the continuous professional development undertaken by the Elevated Futures Education workforce. It ensures that every practitioner is fully equipped with the statutory knowledge and clinical expertise required to maintain our sanctuary for neurodivergent learners. In accordance with the Independent School Standards, all training is verified and aligned with the 2026 Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) mandates, the Prevent Duty, and comprehensive Online Safety protocols.
Universal Statutory Requirements for All Staff
- Statutory Safeguarding: KCSIE Part 1 and Annex B, the Prevent Duty, and FGM awareness.
- Digital Vigilance: Online Safety, identifying digital risks, and AI governance in schools.
- Clinical Attunement: The Dynamic Development Plan (DDP) philosophy and foundations.
- Health & Safety: Fire Safety rituals, Emergency First Aid, and clinical room protocols.
- Relational Repair: Restorative behaviour repair and low, arousal communication styles.
- Forensic Data: Secure recording on the Sentinel portal and UK GDPR sovereignty.
