Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Strategic Educational Consultancy
1. Parties and Term
This legally binding Agreement is made and entered into by and between:
Elevated Futures Education, hereinafter referred to as the Client, and
Anthony Peltier, practising under the professional pseudonym Lane Anthony, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor.
Commencement and Duration
This Agreement shall formally commence on 9 February 2026 and shall remain in full force and effect for a fixed period of twenty-four months, concluding on 9 February 2028, hereinafter referred to as the SLA Term.
Consultancy Commitment
The Contractor is engaged to deliver strategic educational consultancy for exactly two days each week throughout the entirety of the twenty-four month SLA Term.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing exactly 30 days written notice to the other party, ensuring that any ongoing statutory obligations or student support provisions are safely transitioned.
2. Pro Bono Fee Contribution
2.1 The Contractor agrees to provide a pro bono fee contribution to the Client equivalent to £16,500 (sixteen thousand five hundred pounds). This amount represents the full value of consultancy services delivered between 14 November 2025 and 6 February 2026, calculated on the basis of three days per week at a daily rate of £550, excluding the standard two‑week Christmas education break.
2.2 The Parties agree that this pro bono contribution is offered on the express condition that the Client enters into a twenty‑four month Service Level Agreement, commencing 9 February 2026 and concluding 9 February 2028.
2.3 The pro bono contribution described in Clause 2.1 shall be deemed to form part of the Contractor’s overall commitment to the Client for the duration of the SLA Term. No payment, reimbursement, or financial consideration shall be due to the Contractor in respect of this contribution.
2.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the pro bono contribution relates solely to the consultancy period 14 November 2025 to 6 February 2026. All consultancy services delivered during the SLA Term (9 February 2026 to 9 February 2028) shall be governed by the terms, scope, and service expectations set out in this Agreement.
2.5 Nothing in this clause shall create an employment relationship. The Contractor remains an independent contractor providing professional services under the terms of this SLA.
3. Payment Plan Agreement
3.1 The total consultancy fee for the period 9 February 2026 to 24 July 2026 is £21,000 (twenty-one thousand pounds), based on two days per week at the special rate of £500 per day, excluding Easter and Summer Half Term.
3.2 The Contractor agrees to suspend payment for all services delivered between 9 February 2026 and 29 May 2026. This suspended amount shall be paid from 2 September 2026, subject to mutually agreed manageable instalments, and will be paid in addition to the Contractor’s contracted hours for the 2026–27 academic year.
3.3 All services delivered between 1 June 2026 and 24 July 2026 shall be paid at the end of June 2026 and at the end of July 2026, ensuring full settlement of the current‑year portion before the end of the academic year.
3.4 The Parties agree that this payment plan ensures full repayment of all amounts owed while supporting the school’s cashflow and maintaining continuity of service.
4. The Core Philosophy and Literary Foundation
The strategic consultancy provided by the Contractor under this Agreement is rooted in a fundamental shift from the traditional medical model of disability to a neuro-affirming framework of awakening, change, and embrace. This educational and clinical philosophy is derived from the published research and literature of Lane Anthony, which serve as the definitive pedagogical and clinical compass for the Client:
- Autism a Superpower – An Awakening: Shifting the institutional narrative from deficit-based disorder to natural neurological difference, focusing on an awakening where the educational environment is proactively adapted to the unique processing style of the child.
- The Dynamic Development Plan (DDP): The primary operational engine of the setting, replacing deficit-driven individual education plans with a strengths-based blueprint for holistic pupil support in UK schools.
- The Dynamic Insight Screener: Moving beyond static psychological labels to capture functional, real-time insights into the sensory, cognitive, and communicative profile of the learner.
- Awakening the Workforce: Developing a systemic training framework to ensure every staff member becomes a qualified DDP Architect, capable of maintaining a low-arousal, high-expectation learning environment.
- Dysregulation: Navigating an Altered State: The definitive clinical cornerstone for identifying, de-escalating, and managing neurological or sensory overwhelm. This work explicitly defines dysregulation not as a behavioural choice or a compliance failure, but as an altered state of being that strictly demands co-regulation, environmental adjustment, and sensory safety instead of standard behavioural drills or disciplinary consequences.
5. Detailed Scope of Strategic Support
5.1 Philosophical Integration: The DDP Ecosystem
The Contractor is responsible for the systemic embedding of the Dynamic Development Plan (DDP) into the institutional culture of Elevated Futures Education:
- The Proprietary Kernel: Translating the theoretical concepts of the DDP and Dysregulation literature into daily operational language, visual scaffolding, and actionable strategies for classroom staff, students, and parents.
- Staff Mentorship and Executive Coaching: Conducting intensive, deep-dive mentoring sessions to ensure the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) can identify the early somatic and environmental markers of an altered state, applying the Surgical Edit Protocol (SEP) to the physical space before crisis occurs.
5.2 Independent School Standards (Ofsted/ISI Readiness)
The Contractor shall structurally align the provision to meet the regulatory requirements of the Education (Independent School Standards) Regulations 2014, facilitating the path toward formal school registration:
- Part 1: Quality of Education: Designing and drafting a comprehensive Curriculum Policy that explicitly links the DDP framework to academic progress, demonstrating how the unique learning needs of students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) are met through individualised adaptation.
- Part 2: Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural (SMSC) Development: Architecting a specialised personal development pathway that respects, validates, and nurtures neurodivergent identity, self-advocacy, and emotional autonomy.
- Part 6: Provision of Information: Ensuring that all statutory declarations, prospectuses, and policy formulations prepared for the Department for Education (DfE) and Ofsted accurately translate the specialised neuro-affirming methodology into robust, compliant academic frameworks.
5.3 Post-16 Provision and Vocational Architecture
A targeted focus on the strategic transition into post-16 education, independent living, and career pathways, ensuring that all learners are prepared for life beyond the setting:
- Schemes of Work (SoW): Building a structured 39-week academic and vocational calendar, incorporating tailored GCSE Recovery pathways alongside specialised Level 2 Environmental Literacy modules.
- Lesson Planning: Engineering low-arousal lesson templates that utilise conceptual anchors to bypass executive functioning barriers, allowing students to access complex subject matter without cognitive overwhelm.
- Assessment and Tracking Procedures: Implementing the tracking protocols of Neurolearn, which capture and validate student progress through alternative mediums, such as multi-modal portfolios, digital presentations, and student-led Vlogs, thereby reducing performance anxiety.
- Higher Education Liaison: Cultivating strategic partnerships with higher education institutions, including London South Bank University (LSBU), to secure facility access, enrichment opportunities, and advanced transitional support, including the drafting of specialised risk assessments and access agreements.
5.4 Statutory Support and Preparation Work
This Agreement is specifically structured around strategic backing, preparation, and administrative support. It is explicitly agreed that the Contractor’s responsibilities under this SLA do not involve direct external representation or acting as a formal representative for Elevated Futures Education. Instead, the Contractor shall fully support other internal personnel by leading the back-office preparation, structuring, drafting, and finalisation of any statutory documentation, formal appeals, submissions, or official letters required by the Client to execute their own independent representation functions:
- High Needs Funding (HNF) Requests: Formulating, pricing, and drafting granular support provision plans that reflect the true resource cost of 1:1 specialist support, community coaching, and the clinical interventions required by the DDP, preparing the necessary packages for submission to local authority panels.
- EHCP Annual Reviews: Creating the strategic documentation and preparing strengths-based evidence bases for internal staff to utilise during statutory reviews, ensuring that external-facing reports shift completely away from deficit-based descriptions.
6. Financial Terms, Special Pricing, and Invoicing
Standard Rate Structure: The normal, professional consultancy fee structure for the strategic support outlined within this scope of work is valued at £600 (six hundred pounds) per day.
Special Provisions Rate: Recognising that the Client is operating as a newly developing specialist provision, the Contractor has agreed to implement a dedicated, subsidised special rate of £500 (five hundred pounds) per day for the entire duration of the twenty-four month SLA Term to directly protect and support the establishment of the provision.
Inclusions: This daily rate is fully inclusive of all strategic educational support, onsite leadership coaching, independent school policy production, academic document creation, and background multi-agency preparation work delivered during the two days per week commitment.
Billing Cycle and Credit Terms: Outside of the suspended or specific structures defined in Section 3 (Payment Plan Agreement), standard itemised invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears, reflecting the exact number of consultancy days completed during the preceding calendar month. In recognition of the specialized nature of this independent support, all invoices issued under this Agreement must be settled in full within 7 (seven) days of receipt by the Client.
7. Intellectual Property and Non-Destructive Editing
IP Ownership: All Dynamic Development Plan (DDP) frameworks, clinical manuals, Dynamic Insight Screener methodologies, Neurolearn training protocols, and specific literature authored by Lane Anthony remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Contractor. The Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to utilise these proprietary materials for operational delivery strictly for the duration of this Agreement.
The Surgical Edit Protocol (SEP) Directive: When modifying, updating, or adapting any school files, academic papers, or policy publications produced under this consultancy, both the Client and the Contractor must strictly adhere to the Neurolearn Surgical Edit Protocol (SEP). This protocol mandates 100% text and structural integrity of the core material. No unauthorised deletions, reductionist summarisations, or structural refactoring may take place without explicit mutual written consent, ensuring the preservation of the author’s academic and clinical voice.

8. Glossary of Key Terms
Altered State of Being: A state of physiological and neurological dysregulation where a neurodivergent individual experiences sensory or emotional overload, requiring co-regulation and environmental adaptation rather than behavioural discipline.
Awakening: The phase within the Lane Anthony framework where educators and caregivers recognise environmental barriers and shift from a deficit-based model to an environment that adapts to the individual’s sensory and processing needs.
Change: The operational application of strengths-based strategies and curriculum design that allows a learner to develop skills, confidence, and autonomy without forcing masking or compliance.
Embrace: The final phase of the framework, representing full systemic acceptance, neuro-affirming validation, and the complete integration of a learner’s authentic identity within the educational community and wider society.
Conceptual Anchors: High-level learning focal points used in lesson planning to anchor complex academic ideas to a student’s highly focused personal interests, bypassing executive function barriers.
DDP Architect: A trained educator or school leader who has successfully completed the Neurolearn training and is qualified to systemically embed and maintain the Dynamic Development Plan framework within an educational setting.
Dynamic Development Plan (DDP): A proprietary, strengths-based educational blueprint developed by Lane Anthony that maps out a student’s functional strengths, sensory requirements, and regulation strategies to optimise school support.
Dynamic Insight Screener: A real-time, functional diagnostic tool used to assess a learner’s fluctuating sensory, communication, and processing profile, moving away from static medical labels.
Low-Arousal Environment: A deliberately managed educational space designed to reduce predictable sensory triggers, unexpected stressors, and high-intensity staff presentations, thereby preventing neurological overload.
Neuro-affirming Practice: An educational and clinical approach that respects neurodivergent variations as natural forms of human diversity, focusing on environmental modification and validation rather than trying to fix or change the individual.
Surgical Edit Protocol (SEP): A mandatory non-destructive editing protocol that ensures the preservation, integrity, and complete delivery of text during amendments, strictly prohibiting unauthorised summaries or omissions.
