This calendar defines the forensic roadmap for independent oversight, ensuring that the Proprietor’s statutory actions as the Designated Safeguarding Lead are verified through restorative and clinical governance. The partnership between the Proprietor and Trustee remains focused on the absolute safety and academic awakening of every learner within the sanctuary.
Autumn Term: The Foundation of Vigilance
Vetting & Recruitment
Forensic audit of the Single Central Record following staff inductions. Trustee verification of safer recruitment files for all Autumn starters.
Safeguarding Review
Deep-dive into the first cycle of Sentinel safeguarding logs. Review of KCSIE 2026 implementation and staff training directed by the Proprietor.
Spring Term: Clinical & Academic Fidelity
Curriculum Audit
Monitoring of the Elevation Arc. Trustee review of the Dynamic Development Plans to ensure the thematic curriculum meets specialised learner needs.
Regulation & Behaviour
Evaluation of co-regulation data and transitions. Verification that the Behaviour Policy is applied with neuro-affirming intent across the sanctuary.
Summer Term: Evaluation & Transition
Annual Statutory Audit
Full independent review of all statutory policies. Preparation of the Annual Governance Statement for proprietorial signing and submission.
Transition Readiness
Forensic check of year-end transition data. Monitoring the sovereignty pathway for students moving into higher education or vocational placements.
