Statement of Capacity and Formal Placement Offer: Veron Cain (DOB: 22/10/2010)
Following a comprehensive review of the consultation documentation issued by the Lambeth SEND Team, Elevated Futures Education formally confirms that we have the capacity and expertise to meet the special educational needs of Veron Cain.
This offer confirms the availability of a full time placement for Veron Cain within our Year 11 cohort, commencing in the Autumn Term, September 2026. This placement is offered specifically to support Veron’s transition into Key Stage 4 completion and his subsequent path toward the 2027 GCSE examination series.
Suitability of Provision
Our assessment, which is aligned with the Educational Psychology Report, 2026, and the current draft EHCP, indicates that Veron requires the highly specialised, low arousal, and neuro affirming environment provided at Elevated Futures Education. Our Dynamic Development Plan framework is uniquely designed to address the executive functioning challenges and sensory dysregulation that have historically impacted Veron’s engagement in mainstream settings.
Statutory Alignment
In accordance with Section 39 of the Children and Families Act 2014, we confirm that the placement is appropriate to Veron’s age, ability, aptitude, and special educational needs. Furthermore, we confirm that his attendance would not be incompatible with the efficient education of others or the efficient use of resources.
Financial Confirmation
Placement funding is requested in accordance with the London Borough of Lambeth's Matrix Banding for specialist provision. A detailed provision map and cost breakdown have been attached to this response to facilitate the commissioning process.
